Why does it take 1 hr to get your food from this place. Waiting patiently and people who eat in after we get there have their food before us. Unacceptable.
The long wait time is usually because we're backed up on the grill during busy rushes. Our grill can only handle a certain amount of steaks and when we finish a batch, we rinse and scrape our grill so you're not tasting what the last person orders or getting something in your sandwich you may be allergic to. Trust me when I say, we are not goofing off but doing our best to make quality food. The wait time for fryer food dinners/combos and cold subs is usually shorter and that may be why you see some customers receiving food who have ordered after you. I recommend asking the cashier what the approximate wait time is for grilled steaks before ordering if you think you may not have time to wait. Please keep in mind - all our food is made to order, we prepare nothing ahead of time!
Why is it that you cannot get a topping on half of a cheesesteak? I was told (in a rather rude tone) "We don't do that." The person then offered to put them on the side, ok no
big deal. Then I get a call back, "We dont do it on the side." WHAT?!
Exactly why i quit going there! First they won't make it the way you want it- like they use to do, and then they top it off with pure rudeness and arrogance!
