Why does it take 1 hr to get your food from this place. Waiting patiently and people who eat in after we get there have their food before us. Unacceptable.
The long wait time is usually because we're backed up on the grill during busy rushes. Our grill can only handle a certain amount of steaks and when we finish a batch, we rinse and scrape our grill so you're not tasting what the last person orders or getting something in your sandwich you may be allergic to. Trust me when I say, we are not goofing off but doing our best to make quality food. The wait time for fryer food dinners/combos and cold subs is usually shorter and that may be why you see some customers receiving food who have ordered after you. I recommend asking the cashier what the approximate wait time is for grilled steaks before ordering if you think you may not have time to wait. Please keep in mind - all our food is made to order, we prepare nothing ahead of time!
Why is it that you cannot get a topping on half of a cheesesteak? I was told (in a rather rude tone) "We don't do that." The person then offered to put them on the side, ok no
big deal. Then I get a call back, "We dont do it on the side." WHAT?!
Exactly why i quit going there! First they won't make it the way you want it- like they use to do, and then they top it off with pure rudeness and arrogance!

Small place with a real local feel. Got the belly buster buffalo sub tasted great plenty of food for 2 people.Will definitely be back. Thanks BellyBusters

Food was great! However, they didn't seem real busy and we waited about an hour for our food, I get it...things happen, they may of been short staffed. There was a guy with really bad body odor sleeping at the one table playing obnoxious music...who woke up and asked us to buy him a drink. That being said, we decided if we're going to be in the area again (we live almost an hour away) we'll definitely call ahead!

Love this place always stop here before i head home when i take or pick up my niece from school, staff is always freindly ... my only complaint is that everyone in the car gets to eat there food while im stuck driving! LoL

Usually when I go there I will get a chicken finger platter. One time I decided to get a turkey sub,it tasted good other than the fact that the lettuce was brown, and the mayo tasted like lard and like it was sitting out. I won't be getting that anymore. Everything else is decent ,but really expensive.

First time here. Live a little bit down the road and never knew about it. Got a large Italian and ketchup chips 😋 good food and the girl that helped me at the register was nice. Will definitely return!! 🤩
